What is the definition of old politics? What is the definition of Obama’s change?

I just can’t see how Obama equates Hillary and Bill with old politics. Were the Nineties that bad that we are disloyal to Hillary? Obama will never be able to do what Bill did. Never. He can’t even come up with an alternative solution to the gas tax holiday. He just shoots baskets and answers prepared questions.
Maybe next he can just lip sync the speeches.
