at my work, most of my colleagues likes to discuss work politics and sensitive stuff about management, which I don’t like to get involved in and I don’t want to discuss my opinion about, but I always find people who want to force their opinion and want to open different subjects ,and I personally feel they are just trying to pull information to spread rumors and cause unstable work environment. How to control these kinda situations?
